Device Not Recognized
- Check USB Connection: Ensure the cable is plugged directly into your motherboard, not a USB hub.
- Reinstall Drivers: Open the companion app settings and click "Reinstall USB Drivers".
Display is Blank
- Ensure the device is securely connected.
- Check if your active profile has a blank idle screen assigned.
- Try a Firmware Update.
Auto Switching Not Working
- Ensure the TechyPad app is running in the background.
- Verify the Window Title or Executable Path matches exactly what is running in your system.
