Device Not Recognized

  • Check USB Connection: Ensure the cable is plugged directly into your motherboard, not a USB hub.
  • Reinstall Drivers: Open the companion app settings and click "Reinstall USB Drivers".

Display is Blank

  • Ensure the device is securely connected.
  • Check if your active profile has a blank idle screen assigned.
  • Try a Firmware Update.

Auto Switching Not Working

  • Ensure the TechyPad app is running in the background.
  • Verify the Window Title or Executable Path matches exactly what is running in your system.
